Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 35-113 regarding submission of budget estimates by state budget units.

Requires budget unit heads to submit annual estimates to the governor by September 1 (or up to 30 days later with approval) with at least five copies.

Specifies estimates must include financial requirements and receipts for general fund and non-appropriated monies for the next fiscal year(s) as applicable.

Makes technical correction changing singular "estimate" to plural "estimates" in the statute language for grammatical accuracy.
