AZ SB1349

Authorizes the Arizona State Parks Board to make emergency procurements for contracts with public or private entities or Indian tribes to assist in or completely operate, manage, or maintain state parks.

Exempts these emergency procurements from standard procurement requirements under Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-2537.

Requires the Director of the Department of Administration to authorize these emergency procurement powers for the State Parks Board.

Automatically repeals on June 30, 2011.

Designated as an emergency measure effective immediately upon passage.
