Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-3635 regarding standards of practice for state licensed and certified appraisers.

Requires appraisers to comply with professional appraisal practice standards adopted by the state board of appraisal.

Specifies that all appraisals and appraisal reports must meet standards established by statute and board rules, and appraisal review reports must clearly indicate the nature of the review process.

Establishes civil penalty authority for the board to impose penalties of at least $100 and not more than $500 for each violation of appraisal standards.
