Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 45-2201 to modify the definition of "industrial use" by removing the phrase "not supplied by a city, town or private water company"

Expands the definition of "industrial use" to include nonagricultural water uses and animal industry uses as defined in section 45-402, regardless of the water supplier type

Makes technical corrections to the definition of "multi-county water conservation district" by clarifying the statutory reference from "P.L." to "Public Law 90-537"
