Amends requirements for photo enforcement system signage to require at least two signs placed before enforcement systems, with one sign approximately 300 feet before the system and additional signs placed more than 300 feet before.

Requires signs to be removed or covered when photo enforcement systems are no longer present or operational.

For state photo enforcement systems under section 41-1722, mandates an additional sign located 1,320 feet before the system and requires a standard speed limit sign within six feet of each warning sign.

Establishes that citations may be dismissed if required signage standards are not in effect during photo enforcement system operation.

Exempts mobile photo enforcement vehicles from signage requirements when deployed on streets with posted speed limits of 40 miles per hour or less.
