Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-821.01 to clarify that feeding pens, feed lots, and feed areas that are part of ongoing dairy operations are considered agricultural in nature, not commercial feed lots or similar businesses.

Exempts dairy operation feeding areas—including areas for feeding heifers or replacement bulls—from being classified as canneries, fertilizer plants, refineries, commercial feed lots, meat packing plants, tallow works, or other like businesses subject to special zoning requirements.

Designates feeding pens, feed lots, and feed areas of dairy operations as general agricultural purposes that are not subject to regulation or restriction under county zoning laws, as provided in sections 11-821 and 11-830 of Arizona Revised Statutes.
