Amends section 35-313, Arizona Revised Statutes, to authorize the State Treasurer to invest in exchange traded funds (ETFs) whose underlying investments comply with state law.

Expands the definition of eligible investment company or investment trust to explicitly include exchange traded funds as authorized investment vehicles for the State Treasurer.

Requires that for any treasurer investment pool seeking to maintain a constant share price, investment companies or trusts must take delivery of collateral for repurchase agreements and maintain an investment policy seeking constant share price.

Makes clarifying language changes by replacing "which" with "that" in existing statutory provisions regarding bankers acceptances and corporate debt instruments.
