Allow petition signers to use Arizona post office box addresses instead of actual residence addresses on nomination petitions if no street address is assigned by a government entity or if the person's actual residence is protected under section 16-153.

Require signers using post office box addresses to declare that their residence address has not changed since last reporting it to the county recorder for voter registration purposes.

Modify petition form requirements to include "Arizona post office box address" as an acceptable alternative to actual residence address or description of place of residence in the signature columns.

Establish that signatures using post office box addresses are valid if the signer is properly registered to vote, has not moved since registration, and is otherwise eligible to sign the petition.

Make technical corrections to petition language and procedures, including clarifying the definition of "nomination petition" and updating pronoun usage throughout election code sections.
