AZ SB1429

Prohibits state agencies, boards, commissions, and departments from entering into agreements or performing acts that establish or transfer state service positions outside the United States, either directly or indirectly.

Defines "state service position" to include any office or position of employment in state government and contractual employment relationships.

Amends Title 41, Chapter 4 of Arizona Revised Statutes by adding Article 5.1 to create this prohibition.
