Proposes amendment to Arizona Constitution repealing Article II, Section 31, which relates to damages for death or personal injuries.

Proposes repeal of Article XVIII, Section 6, Constitution of Arizona, which addresses recovery of damages for injuries.

Requires submission of the proposition to voters at the next general election following approval of the concurrent resolution.

Must be approved by voters and proclaimed by the Governor to take effect.
