Proposes an amendment to Article VII, Section 6 of the Arizona Constitution to update language regarding military personnel stationed within the state.

Replaces outdated terminology ("soldier, seaman, or marine, in the army or navy") with the gender-neutral term "military personnel" to reflect modern language standards.

Maintains the substantive provision that military personnel stationed at any military or naval facility within Arizona shall not be deemed residents of the state.

Requires submission of the proposed constitutional amendment to Arizona voters at the next general election for approval, per Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.
