AZ SCR1015

Proposes an amendment to Article IX, Section 15 of the Arizona Constitution relating to aircraft license tax.

Removes the phrase "Commencing January 1, 1965" from the constitutional provision imposing license taxes on aircraft registered for operation in Arizona.

Corrects the spelling of "air line" to "airline" in the exemption for regularly scheduled aircraft operated by airline companies for interstate, intrastate, or international transportation.

Maintains all existing exemptions from the aircraft license tax, including those for aircraft dealers, nonresident operators, and government-owned aircraft.

Requires submission of the proposed constitutional amendment to Arizona voters at the next general election.
