Proposes an amendment to Article X, Section 5 of the Arizona Constitution regarding the minimum price for sale of state trust lands.

Changes the minimum sale price for general state lands from a fixed "three dollars per acre" to "their true appraised value."

Changes the minimum sale price for irrigable lands from a fixed "twenty-five dollars per acre" to "their true appraised value based on susceptibility of irrigation."

Replaces the word "which" with "that" in the constitutional text as a technical correction.

Requires submission of the proposed constitutional amendment to Arizona voters at the next general election.
