Proposes amendment to Arizona Constitution to repeal Article IX, Section 22, which establishes the legislative vote requirement to increase state revenues.

Requires voter approval through a ballot proposition at the next general election to take effect.

Upon voter approval and Governor's proclamation, the constitutional provision regarding legislative vote thresholds for revenue increases would be eliminated.

Secretary of State directed to submit the proposition to voters as provided under Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.
