AZ SCR1043

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-949 to eliminate the Citizens Clean Elections Fund and redirect all monies to the Classroom Site Fund established by section 15-977.

Changes the terminology from "citizen election" to "citizens elections" in the fund administration provisions.

Requires the state treasurer to immediately transfer all monies paid into the Citizens Clean Elections Fund to the Classroom Site Fund.

Maintains the auditor general's responsibility to review fund monies and expenditures no less often than every four years.

Directs the Secretary of State to submit this proposition to voters at the next general election for voter approval.
