Proposes to amend Arizona Constitution Article XV, Section 1 to divide Arizona into five districts, each composed of six contiguous legislative districts, with one corporation commissioner elected from each district.

Maintains the five-member composition of the corporation commission with four-year terms of office, with members elected at general elections.

Retains existing term limit provisions prohibiting corporation commissioners from serving more than two consecutive terms and requiring one full term out of office before re-election.

Requires the independent redistricting commission to determine the boundaries of the five corporation commission districts as part of the legislative redistricting process.

Preserves the governor's authority to appoint commissioners to fill vacancies until a successor is elected and qualifies.
