Amends Title 15, Chapter 14 of Arizona Revised Statutes by adding Article 11 regarding carrying concealed firearms on educational campuses.

Permits faculty members at community colleges, provisional community colleges, and Arizona Board of Regents universities to possess concealed firearms on campus grounds if they hold a valid concealed carry permit under section 13-3112.

Defines "faculty member" as persons employed to conduct classroom or teaching activities with titles of professor, associate professor, assistant professor, instructor, or lecturer.

Excludes visiting, adjunct, research, clinical, teaching assistant, associate, and research assistant positions from the definition of faculty member eligible to carry concealed firearms.
