Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 9-500.24 to allow cities and towns to disclaim their interest in federal General Land Office patent easements established under the Small Tract Act of 1938.

A city or town may disclaim such easements on its own motion or at a property owner's request after determining the easement is unused or no longer necessary and obtaining written release from all parties with beneficial interest in the easement.

The repeal of the Small Tract Act of 1938 by Congress does not terminate the terms and conditions of patents or deeds issued before the act's repeal.

Prohibits cities, towns, and persons from constructing permanent structures on federal General Land Office patent easements.
