AZ HB2010

Allows employer groups that drop from two or more employees to one eligible employee to continue enrollment in the Arizona health care cost containment system (AHCCCS) healthcare group if they meet all other applicable requirements.

Permits employer groups with one employee that were enrolled in healthcare group before September 26, 2008 to maintain continuous enrollment regardless of subsequent employee number fluctuations, provided they stay between 1-50 eligible employees and meet other requirements.

Takes effect retroactively to September 26, 2008.
