Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 22-301 to expand jurisdiction of justice of the peace courts to include offenses occurring within certain county parks.

Grants jurisdiction over offenses committed within county parks that include bodies of water located in two counties, where one county has a population exceeding 3 million persons and the other has a population between 200,000 and 300,000 persons.

Applies this expanded jurisdiction only if the justice precinct includes some part of the county park in question.

Preserves existing jurisdiction provisions for misdemeanors punishable by fines not exceeding $2,500 or jail time not exceeding 6 months, and for felony preliminary examinations.
