Amends Section 15-1481 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding community college definitions.

Clarifies that projects encompass classrooms, residence halls, dining facilities, student unions, athletic facilities, and related equipment and service infrastructure at community colleges.

Makes a technical correction to statutory language without substantively altering the legal meaning or scope of community college bond provisions.
