Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-1647 regarding Arizona State University's distribution of licensing and patent income.

Expands the definition of patent income to explicitly include anticancer, antiviral, antifungal, or antimicrobial drug discoveries or inventions, including up-front payments, royalties, and other commercialization revenues.

Requires Arizona State University to provide an annual audited report detailing the distribution of patent income, expenditures, and actual expenses.

Changes report distribution recipients from president of Arizona Board of Regents, governor, president of senate, speaker of house, and secretary of state/Department of Library, Archives and Public Records to president of Arizona Board of Regents, governor, president of senate, speaker of house, and secretary of state.
