Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 5-515.02 to raise the minimum age for purchasing lottery tickets from eighteen to twenty-one years old.

Removes outdated language that previously set an eighteen-year-old minimum age until June 1, 2003, at which point the age would change to twenty-one.

Makes it unlawful for any person under twenty-one years of age to purchase a lottery ticket or share.

Establishes that knowingly violating the age restriction is a petty offense.
