Amends Section 20-1097.05 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding prepaid legal insurance contracts and rates.

Clarifies that rates for legal insurance must be established consistent with the requirements of title 20, chapter 2, article 4.1 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Provides a technical correction by replacing "title 20," with "of this title" for clearer statutory reference.

Allows rates under group, blanket, or franchise contracts to be averaged broadly among covered persons without being considered unfairly discriminatory.
