Amends section 46-300.05 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding substance abuse treatment funded by Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) monies.

Makes a technical correction to subsection C, changing the language from "provide the services prescribed by" to "use temporary assistance for needy families monies provided in" this section.

Allows the Department of Economic Security to provide substance abuse treatment services including program development, integration of program activities, unfunded services for comprehensive treatment, and evaluation of treatment effectiveness.

Requires that TANF monies be used to supplement rather than replace other revenues for substance abuse services and prohibits use of these funds for medical treatment.

Directs the Department of Economic Security and Department of Health Services to amend the state TANF plan as necessary to implement the provisions.
