Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-326 to change the language regarding the governing board's capacity to act in the school district name from "shall" to "may".

Allows the school district governing board to sue and be sued in the district name as specified in Section 15-441, subsection B.

Allows the school district governing board to hold and convey property for the use and benefit of the district.

Represents a technical correction to clarify the permissive rather than mandatory nature of the board's authority to exercise these legal powers.
