Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 48-2207 regarding health service district elections and organization.

Changes the language in subsection A from "it appears that a majority of the voters voting favors formation" to "a majority of the voters voting favor formation" to correct grammatical error.

Adds a comma after "person in charge of the election" in subsection B for proper punctuation.

Removes the word "and" before "the disbursements of the petitioners" in subsection B and replaces it with proper sentence structure.
