Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 43-615 to allow taxpayers to designate a portion of their income tax refund as a voluntary contribution to the game, nongame, fish and endangered species fund.

Changes the language from "pursuant to" to "by" when referencing section 17-268 regarding fund establishment.

Corrects grammar by changing "who shall transfer" to "which shall transfer" when describing the Arizona Game and Fish Commission's role in transferring administrative costs from the fund to the state general fund.

Allows taxpayers to make additional donations to the fund beyond their refund designation by including the amount with their tax return.

Requires the Department of Revenue to deduct the designated contribution amount from the taxpayer's refund after any debt setoffs and transfer it to the Arizona Game and Fish Commission.
