Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 35-113 regarding submission of budget estimates by state budget units.

Changes the word "estimate" to "estimates" in the final sentence to correct the grammatical agreement with the plural subject of the sentence.

Maintains all existing requirements for budget unit heads to submit financial estimates annually or biennially by September 1 (or within 30 days after with approval).

Preserves requirements that estimates include appropriated and nonappropriated monies details and bear approval of the administrative head of each budget unit.
