Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 33-710 regarding mortgages and foreign personal representatives.

Allows foreign personal representatives, administrators, guardians, or conservators appointed in another state or foreign country to execute satisfaction or release of mortgages on Arizona property without requiring a local appointment.

Requires recording an authenticated copy of the foreign appointment in the county recorder's office where the mortgage is recorded before executing the release.

Applies when the deceased person or minor was not an Arizona resident at time of death and no local personal representative or administrator has been appointed in Arizona.
