Corrects grammar in subsection B by changing "applies" to "apply" to match the plural subject "rules."

Changes subsection C to require county attorneys to "report" (instead of "submit") annually to the board of supervisors on fund balance and projected revenues for the next fiscal year.

Maintains provisions allowing county attorneys to use fund monies for eligible crime victims' medical, counseling, funeral expenses, and lost wages under Arizona criminal justice commission rules.

Preserves requirement that unexpended and unencumbered monies in the fund do not revert to the county general fund at fiscal year end.
