Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 14-5107 regarding military members' power of attorney for minor children and wards.

Corrects grammar by changing "have" to "has" in the provision describing powers a parent or guardian has regarding care, custody, or property of a minor child or ward.

Maintains existing restrictions that military members cannot delegate powers to consent to marriage or adoption of the minor child or ward.

Applies to active duty members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marines, and to reserve or National Guard members engaged in official duties under federal law (Title 10 or 32, U.S. Code).
