Repeals section 41-3011.10 of Arizona Revised Statutes, effective retroactively to July 1, 2011.

Establishes termination date of July 1, 2016 for the office of tourism by adding section 41-3016.10.

Repeals Title 41, chapter 19 (the entire tourism chapter) on January 1, 2017.

Continues the office of tourism to perform functions including promoting tourism business, developing advertising and promotional campaigns, and disseminating tourism information through state, national and international media.
