Repeals section 41-3011.02 of Arizona Revised Statutes, effective retroactively to July 1, 2011.

Adds section 41-3021.02 to establish that the Arizona Department of Housing terminates on July 1, 2021.

Repeals Title 41, chapter 37, article 2 on January 1, 2022.

Continues the Arizona Department of Housing to address affordable housing issues, including housing for low and moderate income families, special needs populations, and housing affordability.
