Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-116 regarding double punishment provisions.

Changes the phrase "which is made punishable" to "that is made punishable" for grammatical correctness.

Changes "require" to "requires" to correct subject-verb agreement with "Constitution."

Maintains the substantive law that acts punishable under different sections may result in concurrent sentences only, and acquittal or conviction under one statute bars prosecution under another to the extent required by state or federal constitutional law.
