Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-226 regarding nonpartisan elections and electors.

Requires nonpartisan elections to be called no later than 120 days before the election date.

Defines "nonpartisan" as an election held by a special district established under Arizona Title 48 that is not held concurrently with the general election.

Makes a technical correction by changing reference from "chapter" to "article" in the statutory definition section.
