Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-443 regarding formation of new common school districts.

Changes the language in subsection A(2) from "Set forth" to "Sets forth" to correct grammatical agreement with the subject "petition."

Applies to petitions presented to county school superintendents for forming new common school districts in unorganized territory.

No substantive changes to requirements for district formation, which still require petition signatures from parents/guardians of at least 10 pupils residing more than 4 miles from existing school district buildings.
