Allows minors who are at least 16 years old and custodial parents to consent to their own medical treatment without parental or guardian permission, provided they are otherwise competent.

Consent given by a minor parent under this provision cannot be voided or challenged due to the minor's age.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 44, Chapter 1, Article 3 by adding section 44-135.
