Amends Arizona statutes relating to trespassing livestock and property damage caused by animals.

Modifies Section 3-1427 to allow property owners to recover damages from livestock trespass regardless of whether their land is fenced, removing the previous requirement that land be enclosed by a lawful fence.

Updates Section 3-1428 to clarify procedures for recovering damages when livestock breaks through a fence, establishing jurisdiction in justice of the peace courts for damages under $200 and superior court for damages of $200 or more.

Authorizes courts to impose a lien on livestock causing damage and order the sale of the animals to satisfy court judgments when the plaintiff has possession of the livestock.
