Requires employers with at least 100 employees in Arizona to reimburse the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) for services provided to their employees who are AHCCCS members.

The reimbursement requirement applies pursuant to rules to be adopted by the AHCCCS administration.

Defines "employed" to include both full-time and part-time employment for purposes of determining employer reimbursement obligations.

Adds a new section (36-2923.01) to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 36, Chapter 29, Article 1.
