Allows bicycle riders who are at least 16 years old to treat stop signs as yield signs, requiring them to slow down and yield the right-of-way rather than come to a complete stop.

Applies the same yield requirement to bicycle riders approaching either a yield sign or a stop sign, treating both the same way for cyclists.

Bicycle riders must yield to any vehicle in the intersection or approaching on another highway that constitutes an immediate hazard.

If a bicycle rider passes a stop or yield sign without stopping and is involved in a collision, this constitutes prima facie evidence of failure to yield the right-of-way.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-855 regarding stop signs and yield signs to include provisions for bicycle operation.
