Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 6-235 regarding bank deposits made in two or more names.

Changes language from "thereof" and "thereon" to "of" and "on the deposits" for grammatical clarity and modernization.

Maintains the existing legal provision that bank deposits can be made payable to either or any of the account holders, or to survivors.

Preserves the rule that banks may pay deposits and interest to any account holder regardless of whether other account holders are living.

Confirms that payment to any authorized account holder provides a valid release and discharge to the bank for such payments.
