Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 4-224 regarding local ordinances and alcoholic beverage regulations.

Prohibits cities, towns, and counties from adopting ordinances that conflict with state liquor laws, including regulations on sales hours and days.

Clarifies that local ordinances cannot conflict with the definition of "restaurant" as specified in state statute Section 4-205.02.

Makes technical corrections to remove redundant language ("the provisions of" and "but not limited to") from existing statute.
