Allows landlords in both residential rental properties (§33-1314) and mobile home parks (§33-1413) to include provisions in rental agreements requiring compliance with federal and state firearms laws and prohibiting firearms in leasing offices.

Prohibits rental agreements from requiring tenants to waive or forgo the right to possess or carry firearms, except as permitted under the new firearm provisions in §33-1314(G) and §33-1413(M).

Creates new section 33-1817 restricting homeowners' associations from limiting firearm rights beyond requiring compliance with federal and state law and prohibiting firearms in management offices only.

Makes any community document provisions inconsistent with the firearm restrictions in §33-1817 unenforceable.

Clarifies that "calendar days" (rather than business days) apply to various notice and response periods for landlords and tenants regarding rent payment, property removal, and rental agreement acceptance.
