Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 42-17056 regarding community college district primary property tax levy limits.

Allows community college districts to resubmit a proposed property tax levy amount to voters at least 20 but not more than 30 years after the date of initial voter approval.

If voters approve the resubmitted levy amount, the district's levy for the next tax year shall not exceed that approved amount.

If voters disapprove the resubmitted levy amount, the district must levy property taxes based on the previously authorized levy and cannot resubmit a new amount for at least two years.
