Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-456 regarding jurisdiction and authority over joint common school districts.

Changes the reference from "which" to "that" regarding school buildings located on territory within a proposed joint common school district (technical grammar correction).

Replaces specific statutory section citations (15-429, 15-453 through 15-455, 15-457, 15-491 subsection B, 15-975, and 15-997) with a general reference to "as otherwise provided for the joint common school districts."

Maintains that the county with the greater portion of qualified electors serves as the jurisdictional county, or the county containing all existing school buildings if they are located in one county.

Preserves the authority of the jurisdictional county's school superintendent and board of supervisors to perform required duties, including property tax levying in multi-county districts.
