Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-569 regarding inadmissibility of evidence in medical malpractice actions.

Removes language limiting the restriction on professional liability insurance evidence to proceedings "conducted pursuant to section 12-567."

Expands the prohibition to apply evidence of professional liability insurance coverage during trial of medical malpractice actions and any hearing or review proceeding.

Maintains prohibition on admitting evidence that parties or witnesses have professional liability insurance or financial interests in health care insurers established under Title 20, Chapter 7, Article 2.
