Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-341.01 to require public schools to conduct instruction for at least 180 days each school year.

Directs the superintendent of public instruction to adjust school funding formulas to reflect the 180-day instruction requirement.

Requires the department of education to adjust state aid distributed to school districts under Section 15-971 to correspond with the increased number of school days.

Defines "one hundred eighty days" as either 180 days of instruction or an equivalent number of minutes of instruction per school year, if approved by the school district governing board or charter school governing body.
