Amends Arizona law governing contract offers to school teachers by changing the deadline for school boards to notify teachers of non-reemployment from an unspecified date to on or before July 1.

Applies the July 1 deadline to both teachers employed for three or fewer consecutive school years and those employed for more than three consecutive school years.

Maintains the requirement that teachers must accept or reject contract offers within fifteen business days of receipt or the offer is revoked.

Clarifies that receipt of a contract is deemed to occur when personally delivered, placed in the teacher's school mailbox (including email), or two days after being mailed via United States postal service.

For teachers with three or fewer years of service, preserves the requirement that preliminary notice of performance inadequacy must be given at least 90 days before non-reemployment notice.
