Requires every bill and resolution passed by the Arizona Legislature to include a statement identifying the constitutional authority that permits the proposed legislative action.

Amends Title 41, Chapter 7, Article 1 of the Arizona Revised Statutes by adding section 41-1108.

Mandates legislators cite the specific provision or clause in the Arizona Constitution that grants them power to enact each piece of legislation.
